I have used this company twice now and both times they showed up on time and did the work needed and charged what the estimate was. The first time was an air conditioner issue which Mike said he would have to order the part. He returned when he said he would and installed the part. It works great now. The second time was he replaced my water heater. I found this company to be friendly and straight forward. I always get estimates so There is no surprises. I would recommend this company to anyone and will use them again. One thing I like is they will come to your home or campground.

Had to have my awning completely replaced.   The actual cost was about $300 less than quoted because they found a place that was less expensive.   Rather than keep the $300 as profit (like a lot of places would), they cut it out of my bill.  The guys showed up on time,  installed the awning and took the time to show me all the "ins and outs".  This is the second time I've had them do work for me and I've been nothing but pleased both times!
